Our Rental Criteria

  • Income: Verifiable gross monthly income must be at least three (3) times the monthly rent.
  • Credit: A minimum credit score of 600 is preferred. Scores below 600 are reviewed case-by-case.
  • Rental History: No prior evictions or foreclosures within the past 5 years.
  • Background: Criminal history is reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Fair Housing laws.

The Application Process

1. View Rentals: Browse our available listings using the "Rentals" tab above.

2. Submit Application: Every adult (18+) must submit a separate application and background check.

3. Review: Applications are typically processed within 2-3 business days once all documentation is received.
